Fruit Sherbet
Fruit Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. frozen fruit juice concentrate, 1 1/2 c. plain, nonfat yogurt, 1 regular container nonfat fruit yogurt and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In food processor or blender, blend juice, egg yolks and yogurt.
Pour into container and freeze until center is mushy (almost frozen).
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Blend with yogurt/juice mixture.
Cover and freeze.
