Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can peaches, 1 large can chunk pineapple, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 large box vanilla pudding (regular, not instant) and 1 large banana, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain peaches, pineapple and oranges.
Save juice.
Put 2 1/2 cups juice in saucepan.
Add pudding and cook until it boils. After cools, put pudding over fruit.
Just before serving, add bananas and grapes.
