Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free), 1 small carton cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free), 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and 1 (9 oz.) carton cool whip (lite), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place pineapple and oranges in colander; let drain (about 1 hour).
Sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
