Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large red or golden delicious apples, 3 large oranges, 4 or 5 bananas, 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 to 1 small jar maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and chop apples into smaller than bite size pieces.
Peel and section, then chop oranges the same as the apples.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then cut into pieces.
Add orange juice, nuts, cherries and cherry juice.
This will not keep over 2 days, but will not last any longer either.
You can use any kind of fruit in this, coconut, pineapple, etc.
