Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice), (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice), box (4 3/4 oz.) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix, or 2 cooking apples, cored and cut small (peel left on) and bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Put juice from pineapple and oranges in saucepan.
Add pudding mix and cook until mixture becomes clear.
Cool.
Add pineapple chunks and oranges to sauce when cool, as well as apple chunks and banana slices.
Fold together and chill.
