Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chunk pineapple, drain and save liquid in pot, 2 cans mandarin oranges, drain and save liquid, 2 cans sliced peaches, cubed (discard juice), 1 large regular (not instant) vanilla pudding and strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix juices from pineapple and oranges with pudding mix.
Cook until slightly thick.
Refrigerate overnight, after pineapple, oranges and peaches have been added.
