Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. can mandarin oranges, 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, 1 c. mini marshmallows, 3/4 c. sour cream and 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

The day before, drain juice from all fruit (oranges, pineapple and fruit cocktail).
Combine fruit, coconut, marshmallows and pecans.
Fold in sour cream.
Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with cherries before serving.
