Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 large bananas, finely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve Jell-O in water; add frozen strawberries, stirring occasionally until thawed.
Add pineapple and bananas.
Pour 1/2 of mixture in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Chill until firm (leave remaining mixture out).
Spread chilled and set mixture with sour cream. Pour remaining mixture on top; chill until firm.
