Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans pineapple chunks, 2 large cans mandarin oranges, 1 box tapioca pudding, 1 box vanilla instant pudding and 3 c. juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain fruit for juice; add tapioca to the juice.
Add vanilla pudding and bring all to a boil.
Stir constantly.
Pour over fruit while hot, then cool in refrigerator.
Add 5 to 6 bananas just before serving.
