Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can dole pineapple chunks, 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, small amount apricot juice, 1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant) and seedless grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain pineapple and oranges (save juice).
Add enough apricot juice to make 2 cups.
Cook pudding according to directions, using the juice for the liquid instead of milk.
Cool pudding, stirring occasionally while cooling.
Stir in the pineapple, oranges, grapes, bananas and any other desired fruit.
