Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1 c. cold water, 1 1/4 c. hot water or fruit juice, heated, from canned fruit, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top.
Add sugar, salt and hot water.
Stir until all is dissolved.
Add lemon and mix thoroughly.
Put into fridge.
Allow to jell somewhat.
Cut fruit into small pieces.
Drain cherries and pineapple and cut.
Add fruit to jello when it is thickened somewhat.
Oil mold and rinse in cold water.
Pour mixture into mold and refrigerate.
To remove from mold, dip into hot water.
