Drain oranges and pineapple and save 2 cups pineapple juice. Cook package of vanilla pudding using 2 cups pineapple juice and 1 cup water.
Cook until thick.
Pour over fruit.
Chill.
When ready to serve, slice 2 to 3 bananas.
