Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can chunk pineapple, 2 medium eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 oranges, sectioned and cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring juice from the can of pineapple to a boil.
Mix sugar, eggs, lemon juice and add to the pineapple juice.
Simmer until thick and cool overnight.
Add 8 ounces Cool Whip to mixture the next day, then add fruit and marshmallows.
Serves 15.
