Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, 4 or 5 apples, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 3 or 4 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large bowl, peel and dice apples, add oranges, fruit cocktail, pineapple and bananas. Quarter cherries and add for color and about 3/4 cup of coconut. Mix all together and refrigerate.
