Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small jello pudding (not instant), 1 large can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice, 1 large peaches (sliced), cut in bite size pieces, drain and throw juice away, 1 large cherries, drain, throw away juice and dry on paper towels and 2 cans mandarin oranges, drain and throw away juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Take pineapple juice and add enough water to make 2 cups.
Add jello pudding.
Cook until clear and thick.
Let cool (room temperature). Add all fruit, except bananas, and mix.
Add bananas before serving. Looks pretty when served in a glass bowl.
