Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juices, 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding, 1 qt. mixed fresh fruit chunks (apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, grapes, pears, etc.), 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/3 c. flaked coconut (may be omitted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
