Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 large can mandarin orange sections, 3 or 4 bananas and 1/2 c. orange juice or more, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain fruits and add orange juice to make 3 cups liquid.
Make pudding as directed using 3 cups fruit juices instead of the 4 cups milk.
Add drained fruit.
Add bananas just before serving.
