Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can sliced peaches, 1 can pineapple tidbits, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 bottle maraschino cherries and 1 box tapioca pudding (jell-o brand blue box), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain peaches, pineapple and mandarin oranges.

Save the juice.

It should take about 3 cups, if not, add water to make 3 cups.

Add the juice to the puddings and microwave until thick (cook about 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes).

Cool completely.

Combine the pudding mixture with the fruit, adding the bananas (if desired) and cherries last.

Could add other fruits, nuts, etc.
