Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 2 cans mandarin oranges, 3 sliced bananas, 1 small vanilla tapioca pudding mix (not instant) and 1 small vanilla pudding mix (not instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain and save juice from pineapple and oranges.
Add 2 cups juice to the 2 boxes of pudding.
Mix and cook until thick and it bubbles.
Cool, then add all the fruit.
Mix well.
Top with cherries.
Chill.
