Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 apples, 2 pears, 1 small cantaloupe, 1 banana and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Clean and wash all fruit.
Cut fruit into bite size pieces. Add orange juice and toss.
In another bowl, mix raisins, nuts and cinnamon.
Spoon fruit salad into 10 small bowls.
Sprinkle one teaspoon of raisin nut mixture over each fruit salad.
Makes 10 servings.
