Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. diced apples, 3/4 c. diced bananas, 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 2 c. fresh strawberries and 3 tbsp. tang orange drink powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain and reserve liquid from oranges and pineapple.
Mix all fruits and pecans in a large bowl and toss, in separate bowl combine pudding mix and Tang with reserved fruit juices.
Whip to make a thick sauce.
Pour over fruit and allow to set overnight. (Whole frozen strawberries can be used but wait until just before serving to add them.)
