Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple tidbits, 1 large can mandarin oranges, 2 small boxes vanilla pudding (cook and serve), 1 can peach slices and 1/2 c. cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain juice of pineapple and add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Drain juice of oranges to make 1/2 cup.
Add juices to vanilla pudding mix and cook to make glaze.
Add to oranges and pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, add remaining fruit.
Top with slices of kiwi fruit (optional).
