Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained, 1 can mandarin orange sections, drained, 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained, 3 large bananas, sliced and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain pineapple; reserve 1 cup juice.
Combine fruit and pecans; toss gently.
Combine pudding and 1 cup pineapple juice; beat 1 minute.
Pour over fruit; toss gently.
Fresh blueberries and/or strawberries can be added.
