Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and fruit cocktail in large serving bowl.
Whip cream until stiff.
Add sugar.
Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture.
Let set for a few hours.
When ready to serve, fold in bananas and sprinkle coconut on top.
Serves 8 to 10.
