Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. nuts, chopped, 2 apples, cubed, 2 c. grapes, cut and seeded, 1 can fruit cocktail and 1 large can pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat juice from all fruit and canned fruit used with 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cream and 1 teaspoon flour. Mix with juice and sugar mixture and cook until thick on low heat. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
Pour over fruit.
