Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, in it's own juice, 1/2 cup liquid from pineapple, 1 small banana, 1 kiwi and 1 cup strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Thicken pineapple juice with 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat.
Add 1 pack of Equal to sauce when cooled.
Pour over fruit and stir.
