Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with c. diced apples, c. diced bananas, (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, c. fresh strawberries and . tang orange drink powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain and reserve liquid from oranges and pineapple.
Mix all fruits and pecans in a large bowl and toss, in separate bowl combine pudding mix and Tang with reserved fruit juices.
Whip to make a thick sauce.
Pour over fruit and allow to set overnight. (Whole frozen strawberries can be used but wait until just before serving to add them.)
