Fruit Roll-Ups
Fruit Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 8 slices whole grain bread, 1/2 c. fruit spread (any flavor), 2 tbsp. crushed walnuts and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Cut crust from bread and lay slices flat.
Roll with rolling pin until flat.
Spread 1 tablespoon of fruit on each piece of bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and walnuts. Roll slices of bread and place, seam down, on cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Enjoy.
Yields 8 rolls.
