Fruit Punch Bars
Fruit Punch Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) can undrained fruit cocktail, 2 1/4 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease and flour bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl at high speed until light and fluffy.
Add fruit cocktail, flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well blended, scraping sides of bowl and bottom of bowl.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with coconut and walnuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
While hot, drizzle with glaze.
