Fruit Pizza Pie
Fruit Pizza Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) u-bake sugar cookies, 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and 2 bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pat softened cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 350Β° for 13 minutes.
Whip the cream cheese with powdered sugar; spread over cooked dough.
Add sliced fruit by rows: grapes, oranges, bananas, strawberries, peaches and kiwi. Warm lemon juice, water and preserves.
Spread over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.
