Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spray pizza pan with nonstick spray.
Put cookie dough into pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and mix cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread mixture on cookie. Cover with well drained pineapple.
Arrange sliced bananas on top of pineapple.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Place sliced strawberries on top, then coconut and pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
May substitute fruits to suite your taste.
