Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened (1 stick), 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. quick cooking oats and 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a medium size pizza pan.
Mix first 5 ingredients and spread on pizza pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°; remove and allow to cool.
Cream the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and nondairy whipped topping.
Spread on cooled crust.
Arrange fruit on top.
Drain the pineapple really well.
Refrigerate.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
