Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. butter, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together yellow cake mix, brown sugar, butter, eggs, water and chopped pecans.
Makes a stiff batter.
Grease and flour 2 pizza pans.
Spread batter evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. (Pat dough down after each 5 minutes.)
Then cool completely.
Now spread with Cool Whip, then arrange fruit on top.
(Dip all fruit in pineapple juice before putting on pizza.)
Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
