Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated slice and bake sugar cookies or croissant rolls, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 to 4 c. assorted fruits, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 375°.
Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Cover bottom of 14-inch round pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan with slices overlapping slightly.
Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
Cool completely.
