Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.25 oz.) light yellow cake mix (94% fat free), 1 egg white, 6 tbsp. light margarine, melted, 1 c. oatmeal and 8 oz. yogurt cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir well.
Put in pizza pan. Bake 12 minutes in 350Β° oven, remove and cool.
Also, can use a 9 x 15-inch cookie pan.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Spread over baked crust.
Put fresh fruit on top of cream cheese. Glaze with cornstarch and lemon juice.
Makes 24 slices.
