Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 2/3 c. vanilla chips and 1/4 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine and powdered sugar.
Blend in flour.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Microwave vanilla chips and whipped cream on High until smooth.
Beat in cream cheese.
Spread on cooled crust.
Arrange various types of fresh fruit on top of filling (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, kiwi and bananas).
Cook and stir sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice and lemon juice until they boil and thicken. Cool.
Pour over fruit.
