Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roll sugar cookie dough, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 4 kinds of fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Let cookie dough get soft.
Put some water on hands before spreading onto pizza pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Spread over dough.
Arrange fruit over dough in layers. Mix orange juice, sugar and cornstarch together.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Let it cool a little and pour over fruit.
Refrigerate.
