Fruit-Nut Bars
Fruit-Nut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix and sift first four ingredients.
Make a well in mixture and add in order, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add dates, nuts and coconut.
Turn into greased shallow baking dish (12 x 7 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into bars while warm and remove from pan when cooled.
