Fruit Medley Bowl
Fruit Medley Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 water melon, 2 cantaloupes, 1 honeydew melon, 1 fresh pineapple and 1 pt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Seed each fruit and cut in cubes or balls.
Prepare each fruit in a separate bowl; toss lightly with fruit fresh to preserve color.
When ready to serve, drain fruits, individually; then place all in a large bowl or watermelon rind.
Serve plain or with any fruit salad topping or dressing.
Serves 25 to 30 people. Will serve twice this amount at a reception.
Use 1/2 this amount for 5 quarts.
