Fruit Jam
Fruit Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 to 1 tsp. fructose or sugar substitute, 3/4 to 1 c. fresh fruit, cubed, 1/8 to 1/4 c. apple juice (the amount used depends on sweetness of fruit) and 1 to 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put everything except the gelatin into a pan and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes stirring every so often.
Now sample a little to see if it needs more sweetener.
