In medium sized bowl, combine peanut butter, juice and jelly. With electric mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth.

Pour into small bowl or cup and set aside.

Wash the apple under cold running water.

Pat dry with a paper towel and place it on a cutting board.

Holding apple firmly, cut it in half.

Using a teaspoon, scoop out core and seeds and throw them away.

Cut the apple into large chunks.

Peel the banana and cut it in thick slices.

Peel the orange and separate the fruit into sections. Wash strawberries and remove green leaves.
