Fruit Dessert
Fruit Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. mace, 1 c. cold water and 1 medium seedless orange, sliced real thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a 12-inch skillet, combine sugar, cornstarch and mace. Stir to mix.
Gradually add water; stir until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar mixture thickens and becomes shiny.
Add orange to mix and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Add to the fruit and grapes to the mix and gently stir to coat.
Put in the dish to serve.
