A creamy fluff salad folding cottage cheese, dry Jell-O, fruit cocktail, pineapple, and Cool Whip. Sweet, jiggly potluck nostalgia in a single bowl.

Mix together cottage cheese, dry Jell-O and drained fruit. Fold in Cool Whip and all the pecans you can afford.
This can be made 1 or 2 days ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
