Fruit Crisp
Fruit Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. butter, 6 apples and 8 peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix the flour and sugar together.
Work in the butter with a pastry blender, fork or fingers until crumbly.
Use one or all of the different kinds of fruit or mix and match.
Spread fruit evenly in a buttered shallow baking pan.
Spread the crumb mixture on top of fruit.
Sprinkle rhubarb and cherries with 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until fruit is hot. Serve warm.
