Fruit Compote is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca, 3 c. water, 1/4 c. sugar, dash of salt and 2 cans (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine tapioca and water and let stand 5 minutes.
Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and blend in sugar, salt and juice concentrate.
Cool, stirring occasionally.
