Fruit Compote
Fruit Compote is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 med. ripe peaches, sliced, 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 c. quartered fresh strawberries, 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced and 3/4 c. seedless red or green grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, combine the fruit. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the jelly and water. Microwave uncovered on high for 45 seconds or until jelly is melted.; stir until smooth. Drizzle over fruit. Top with yogurt and sprinkle with almonds. Yield 8 servings, ready in 30 minutes.
