Fruit Cocktail Cake
Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 c. plain flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together flour, salt and soda; add the two mixtures together.
Add one can of drained fruit cocktail and beat 2 minutes.
Pour into long baking pan.
DO NOT grease or flour pan.
Add 1/2 cup coconut sprinkled on top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
