Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and fruit cocktail.
Pour into ungreased loaf pan.
Mix brown sugar and nuts together and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
