Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. soda, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, unbeaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, soda, flour and salt.
Stir until blended.
Add eggs and fruit cocktail.
Stir by hand until well mixed.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Over top sprinkle brown sugar and chopped nuts.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
