Fruit Cobbler
Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fruit, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put 3 cups of fruit in pan.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Mix together and pour over fruit.
Then mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch and sprinkle over top of batter.
Pour 1 cup of hot water over all.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
